1. Website use

2. Our role: lead generation and matching

Nearby Window Pros is a lead-generation and contractor-matching service. We are not a window contractor, installer, manufacturer or dealer, and we do not perform window replacement, installation, repair, glass or any other construction service.

When you submit a request, we transmit the information you provide to one or more independent third-party service providers and/or marketing partners so they may contact you. That transmission is the extent of our service.

3. No contractor relationship

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, no agency, partnership, joint venture, employment or franchise relationship exists between us and any service provider. Service providers are independent businesses that set their own prices, terms, schedules, warranties and workmanship standards.

Any agreement you enter into is solely between you and that provider. We are not a party to it and have no authority to bind, and are not responsible for, any provider.

4. Third-party providers — screening and due diligence

We do not guarantee the licensing, bonding, insurance, qualifications, availability, performance, pricing or conduct of any service provider. You are responsible for your own due diligence, including verifying licences and insurance, checking references, reading contracts, and confirming that any provider is authorised to perform work in your jurisdiction. Matching depends on provider coverage in your area, and we cannot guarantee that any provider will be available, will contact you, or will accept your project. The site is provided on an "as available" basis and may be modified, suspended or discontinued at any time.

By submitting a request and checking the consent box, you agree to be contacted as described in that disclosure and in our Privacy Policy, including by automated means and SMS. Consent is not a condition of purchase, message and data rates may apply, and you may revoke consent as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Accuracy of your information

You represent that the information you submit is accurate, complete and your own, and that you are authorised to provide the telephone number and email address given. Submitting another person’s information without their permission is a breach of these Terms.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, layout, graphics, illustrations, interface design, three-dimensional and animated assets, source code and the Nearby Window Pros name and marks — is owned by Nearby Window Pros or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws.
